AeroPress ‘Caffe Latte’

12oz vessel
18g fine-medium coffee grounds
90g boiled water
180ml milk
Inverted method

1. Ground coffee into AeroPress (inverted method)
2. Pour boiled water and bloom for 90 seconds
3. Press coffee into cup
4. Microwave milk for 1:30 minutes
5. Pour milk into French press and froth milk
6. Pour into milk pitcher and pour in to coffee up

Standard Chemex

12oz vessel
16g fine-medium coffee grounds
210ml boiled water

1. Bloom between 30-40 seconds (or until big bubbles disappear)
2. Pour in circular motion until scales reach 210g
3. Stir with a spoon to allow grounds to mix fully
3. Swirl Chemex and pour in up/down motion

Clean-cup Chemex

16g fine-medium coffee grounds
250g coffee yield

1. Bloom coffee for 30 seconds
(In 30-40 sec intervals)
2. Pour 50g in the centre
3. Pour 40g in circular motion (3x times)
4. Pour 50g at the edge

Classic AeroPress

12oz vessel
13g fine-medium coffee grounds
200ml boiled water
Inverted method

1. Bloom coffee with 30g water for 30 seconds. Give it a good stir
2. Fill additional 170ml water and stir again
3. Invert and press into cup slowly until the hiss
4. Swirl the cup before drinking

Cold Brew

30g course coffee grounds
310ml filtered water
French press

1. Ground coffee (course)
2. Pour grounds into French press and fill with filtered water
3. Brew in the fridge between 12-14 hour
4. Filter cold brew with paper filter

Aeropress ‘Flat White’

8oz vessel
16g fine-medium coffee grounds
80g boiled water
150ml milk
Inverted method

1. Ground coffee into AeroPress (inverted method)
2. Pour boiled water and bloom for 90 seconds
3. Press coffee into cup
4. Microwave milk for 1:30 minutes
5. Pour milk into French press and froth milk
6. Pour into milk pitcher and pour in to coffee up

‘Pour-over’ Aeropress

12oz vessel
16g medium coffee grounds (recommend light roast)
210ml filtered water
Normal method

1. Use two paper filters and wet the filters
2. Pour grounds into chamber and pour 20g hot water
3. Swirl for 30 seconds
4. Pour 190ml hot water in circular motion
5. Let coffee drip until time reaches 1 minute 45 seconds
6. Plunge for 35 seconds

Cloth-filter pour

16.5g fine-medium coffee grounds (21 clicks on Comandante C40 Mk4)
200ml boiled water at 90 degrees
165ml (est.) yield in 3:30 minutes

1. Bloom 30ml coffee for 30 seconds. Repeat once more
2. Pour additional 70ml and wait for it to drip. Stir with spoon to distribute grounds evenly
3. Pour additional 70ml, stir and let it drip
4. Swirl coffee, pour into a glass and enjoy

Aeropress clarity

15g medium coffee grounds
200ml boiled water
Brew time around 2:50 minutes
Normal method

1. Wet two paper filters
2. Pour coffee grounds into chamber
3. Pour 60ml and stir vigorously for 60 seconds (bloom)
4. Pour remaining 140ml and leave to drip until 1:50 minutes
5. Plunge slowly until the ‘hiss’ around 2:50 minutes
